I first encountered the Elder Scrolls series back with Daggerfall and immediately fell in love with it and was still playing Oblivion heavily up until about a year and a half ago, when I moved to Sweden and left my Windows PC behind. Living with just a PowerBook meant no PC games, and no Oblivion.

As the series went on, I also spent a fair bit of time modding for Morrowind and Oblivion, mostly for personal use, but I did end up releasing a few publicly. I dropped out of the modding community about a year before moving, but I am often pleasantly surprised at the longevity of my work there.

Probably the most popular of my mods is Blood is Everything, my contribution to the blood-saturated field of Oblivion vampirism overhaul mods - it really does seem like everyone and his dog has done a vampire mod for Oblivion, but most of them are clones of the same basic concepts. Mine takes a different approach and, as a result, it has taken on enough of an un-life of its own that I just received - two and a half years after I stopped work on it - a request for permission to create a Russian version. I seem to get requests every couple months from people who want help with bugs or who are looking to add on to it, but this is the first one who's wanted to do localization work...
